As you enter The Hub SBY, you’ll find a welcoming space designed for creativity. The lounge area offers couches for podcasting or relaxing, along with a versatile 6-foot backdrop corner for set designs. The main studio (19x13 ft) includes a mounted TV, and restrooms are conveniently located in the hallway. Rules * NO SMOKING IN THE BUILDING * * BE MINDFUL OF NOISE * Here are some good house rules for a studio to ensure professionalism, safety, and respect for the space and others: General Rules: - Respect the space: Treat all equipment, furniture, and the studio with care. - No food or drinks near equipment: Keep all beverages and snacks away from cameras, lights, and other gear to prevent damage. - Clean up after yourself: Leave the studio as you found it. Dispose of trash and reset furniture or props after use. - Arrive on time: Stick to your scheduled time, as delays may affect other bookings. - Stay within your booked area: Use only the areas included in your rental agreement. Equipment Use: - Do not move or adjust equipment without permission: Ensure you have authorization or training before repositioning cameras, lights, or other technical items. - Report damaged equipment immediately: Notify staff of any malfunctioning or damaged items. - Return equipment to its original setup: Ensure all borrowed or rented equipment is restored to its proper place. Behavior: - Be mindful of noise: Keep voices and music at a reasonable level to respect others in nearby spaces. - No unauthorized guests: Only bring individuals who are part of your project or team. - No smoking, vaping, or use of alcohol or drugs: The studio is a smoke-free and drug-free environment.
